How do I apply?
1) Choose the camp you wish to attend
2) Complete the online registration via Camp Network
3) Agree to all waivers
4) Pay by credit card
Can I fax my application or send it in by mail?
No, all registrations must be paid with debit/credit cards only. Cash payments are not accepted.
Must I pay the balance in full or is there a payment option?
You do not need to pay the balance in one installment. You may pay an initial deposit of $150.
How can I check if I have a balance remaining?
To check your balance, simply log in to Camp Network with your username and password: https://www.campnetwork.com/login.php
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due two weeks prior to the start of camp. McCutcheon Volleyball reserves the right to drop any camper without refund that has not paid in full at the time of final payment.
Final payment dates for each camp are listed below:
College Prep Camp: June 25, 2021
2 Day Positional Camp: June 28, 2021
Volley School: June 29, 2021
1 Day Skills Camps: June 29, 2021
Boys Camp: July 1, 2021
Team Camp: July 3, 2021
Do I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
A $50 processing fee will be applied if you cancel before May 1, 2021
A $100 processing fee will be applied if you cancel from May 1, 2021 - June 6, 2021
*No refunds will be issued after June 6, 2021
*A full refund exception will be made only for those athletes invited to and attending USA Volleyball A1, Youth or Junior National Team events that conflict with camp dates.
The get set team camp has a $100 non-refundable registration fee
No get set team camp refunds will be issued after July 1, 2021
Does my child need a current physical to attend camp?
No - a parent or guardian does need to sign the waiver during registration.
Are parents allowed to watch camp?
Yes, the camp is open at all times for family and friends to watch.
Where can I park my car if I choose to accompany my child to camp or plan to watch her play?
Parking is operated by The University of Minnesota Parking Authority, not McCutcheon Volleyball Camp.

What is the difference between a day/commuter camp and an overnight camp?
Day Camps: Campers commute to and from home before and after camp each day.
Overnight Camps: Campers pay to stay in the on-campus dormitories and eat in campus dining halls for the duration of camp.
Can I be a commuter in an overnight camp?
Yes. You will pay a “commuter price” that excludes housing and breakfast.
What should I wear to camp?
We prefer that you wear athletic attire (t-shirts, shorts, kneepads, and indoor court shoes). We do not recommend jean shorts, midriff bearing t-shirts, tank tops with spaghetti straps, slip on tennis shoes, or shoes with black soles that might mark up the floor.
What will I receive at camp?
All campers will receive a camp t-shirt or draw string bag and a lot of great instruction!
Are all camps located on the University of Minnesota campus?
Yes, all McCutcheon Volleyball camps are held at the University of Minnesota.
What happens if my child is sick or injured during camp?
McCutcheon Volleyball employs a full time certified athletic trainer for all sessions of each camp. The athletic trainer will diagnose and treat any injury or illness that occurs during camp. The camper's parent or emergency contact will be notified by phone.
The camp I am interested in is full. Who can I contact to be placed on the waiting list?

DAY CAMPS
Where do we register on the first day of day camp?
Participants will register and check in at the U of M Designated Facility.
What time does registration open on the first day of day camp?
Please look under the “Schedule” tab for camp-specific information.
Where do I drop-off and pick-up my child for day camps?
Please park your car and meet your child in the designated facility to pick her up at the end of each day and at the conclusion of camp.
What should I bring to day camp?
We recommend that you bring extra t-shirts (plan for 2 per day), extra snacks, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Is there a snack bar?
Currently, there are no plans for a snack bar.
Is lunch included in the cost of camp for day camps?
Lunch is only included for the college prep all skills camp. All other camps have an option for a lunch to be provided at an additional cost.
How does check-in work for day camps?
Please look at the schedule for the camp that your child is attending (under the “Schedule” tab). There will be 2-3 tables setup for check in, and there will be lines organized alphabetically by last name. Camp staff will check the camper in and give her a camp package upon arrival. Court coaches will take attendance at the beginning and end of each session.
How does check-out work for day camps?
Commuter camps: please pick up your child in the designated facility.
Overnight camps: please pick up your child in the designated facility or at the designated residence hall.
OVERNIGHT CAMPS
Where is the first place I should go when arriving to overnight college prep camp?
Overnight campers will check in at the designated residence hall at 1:00pm.
Commuter campers will check in at the designated camp facility at 1:00pm.

Will campers be supervised during the camp?
Campers will always be supervised during the camp, including in the dorms and walking back and forth between facilities. Campers that are caught trying to leave the dorms or any facility unsupervised will be asked to leave immediately.
What should I bring to overnight camp?
Linens are provided for overnight campers. You are free to bring your own linens and pillows if you choose. We recommend packing athletic t-shirts (plan for 2-3 per day), athletic shorts, indoor court shoes, a water bottle, toiletries, a towel for the shower, and extra money. The money would be used for buying extra snacks at nighttime. If you would like to use a hand towel in the gym (sweat towel), you will need to bring your own.
What linens are provided?
The linen set includes the following items: pillow, sheets, blanket, towel. Note: if campers want to use a towel in the gym (sweat towel), they will need to bring their own.
How many campers stay in each room?
There will be two campers per dorm room. Each camper will have her own twin bed. *We cannot accommodate more than 2 campers per room due to fire code.
Can I request a roommate when registering online?
Yes, you may request a roommate. Please indicate the name of the camper with whom you wish to room on your application. In order for roommates requests to be guaranteed, requests must be mutual (both campers select each other).
What happens if I lose my room key or my conference (meal) key?
Lost key: Camper will be issued a replacement key and charged $60
Lost conference (meal) key: Camper will be issued a replacement key and charged $15
Campers must pay for lost items before the last session of camp.
What is a conference (meal) key?
This will serve as your meal card for all meals during camp, and will also open the doors to the designated Residence Hall after business hours.

TEAM CAMP
Are food and housing provided for team camp?
Teams that commute are not provided meals or housing.
Residential teams are provided housing and meals.
Residential teams will eat meals at the designated residence hall. Included meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner on July 17, 2021, and breakfast and lunch on July 18, 2021.
Where do we check in for team camp?
Commuting teams will check in at the Minnesota Fieldhouse at 8:00am, July 17th, 2021
Overnight teams will check in at the dorm between 1:00pm and 7:00pm on July 16th, 2021
